Restorative Health & Wellness

Wanting to shed those unwanted pounds? Do you need help adjusting to the “change-of-life”? Here you’ll find everything you need to know about our various weight loss options as well as hormone replacement therapy.

Our weight loss clinic is physician-supervised and includes a complete body analysis, physical assessment, one-on-one counseling, weight loss booklet, vitamin injections, recipes and an appetite suppressant.

Weight loss is notoriously difficult to achieve. This is partially attributed to an intrinsic physiologic bias that favors energy conservation as well as alterations in neural signaling caused by obesity that facilitate overeating and energy conservation. The physiologic causes of obesity are exacerbated by an environment that encourages overconsumption of calorically dense food with limited opportunities for physical activity.

Losing as little as 5% to 10% of initial body weight improves metabolic risk factors for cardiovascular disease, prevents or delays the development of type 2 diabetes, and improves other adverse consequences of obesity. Although intensive lifestyle interventions have been associated with an average weight loss of 7% to 10% at 1 year in clinical trials, most individuals are unable to achieve clinically significant weight loss or maintain a weight-reduced state with lifestyle interventions alone.

At Simply You Med Spa, we offer diverse weight loss program options to meet your own specific needs and lifestyle. Our goal is to help you find the right weight loss option for you and give you the support and tools to help you reach your weight loss goals. Our programs have been proven effective by countless patients at our clinic and even our very own staff. If you are unsure about which program would be best suited for you, we recommend a general consultation appointment where we can discuss each plan in further detail.

To book an appointment via telephone please include full name, telephone number (with area code), and home address. You may also include your email address to receive information on our specials and promotions.
